Chicken breast roasted, filled with mixed mushrooms and mozzarella cheese, served with mashed potatoes and roasted onion.

Roasted rack of lamb, served with roasted potatoes flavored with rosemary and gravy flavored with Port wine.

Australian beef tenderloin sautéed with Gorgonzola sauce or green pepper sauce, served with roasted potatoes and fresh salad.
